  • Establish quality standards, user-centered processes, design stack, and workflows that prioritize outcomes over outputs for T3’s digital product design organization.

  • Educate clients on the value of product design best practices (agile workflow, user research, design systems, etc.), and oversee the design, review, and execution of their work.
